Manufacturing Production

This manufacturing plant was a successful family owned business purchased by a multi-national organization. The assignment was to integrate the operations into the new owners systems and to improve the productivity, reliability and quality of the plant output

Once this was achieved, the unexpected economic recession in 2009 radically reduced sales orders. A new Customer retention initiative was established to identify cost savings potential that could be passed on to the customers.

22% Supplier cost reduction was achieved and the model was rolled out to 50 manufacturing operations worldwide as the model for cost saving reporting.
